For most products, kits and monitors we request that you order using our website. By simply clicking the button you will invoke our E-commerce shopping cart. The reason we are able to offer the lowest prices in the world is our buying power and streamlined low cost order processing systems. Using the E-commerce system will help us maintain these costs and pass the savings along to you. We are committed to superior customer service. PRICE: If you are buying an LCD kit, controller or monitor you should get the part number and price off the product web page. For volume pricing contact exceeding 49 units per shipment contact info@earthlcd.com . LCD pricing for notebook replacement varies and you will need to get a quote by emailing al@earthlcd.com .
TERMS: The easiest quickest way to pay for an order is credit card using the website E-commerce. Terms are available to qualified companies on certain products if the purchase amount exceeds $5000. The company must have existing credit at the order size and a positive D & B credit rating. C.O.D. company check is also available for qualified companies.
DELIVERY: All orders typically ship within three business days.
SHIPPING: Our standard method of shipping is Federal Express economy (two day service).
PROCEDURE: Since our volume has increased dramatically for simplicity we prefer you use the website E-commerce. When using the E-commerce you will receive an email when your order is received and an email with the tracking number when the order ships. Most orders ship within two business days of receipt. An order may be expedited for a $50 fee, direct inquires related to this to mailto:steve@earthlcd.com . We discourage verbal orders and will not be responsible for errors related to them. If you do not use E-commerce you must fax a hard copy order. You may download an Order Form that you can fill out and fax to (949) 248-2392. Companies of course may fax over orders on their own purchase order forms.
RETURN POLICY
Orders are accepted only based on the customer reading and accepting the return policy below:
You may return “New Products” up to 30 days from the date of the invoice for a complete refund of the purchase price. If you are an end-user customer who bought reconditioned or refurbished products, you may return them within 14 days of the date of invoice for a refund or credit of the product purchase price. In either case, the refund or credit will not include any shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. To return products, you must call Earth customer service to receive a Credit Return Authorization Number. You must ship the products in their original packaging, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. You may return software for refund or credit only if the sealed package containing the diskettes is unopened. Returned products must be in as-new or as-shipped condition, and all of the manuals, diskettes, power cables, and other items included with a product must be returned with it. All products returned may be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
