  LongVue PCI Controller Card and 25-Pin Cable
  The LongVue LCD was designed to accept the punishment that an automated manufacturing environment can deliver. All models of LongVue are encased in a rugged, metal powder coat finish, and are available in touch screen and two different brightness options, 300 and 1200 cd/m2. Most importantly, the LongVue can accept a VGA signal, power and touch through a single cable-up to 25 feet away from the source!

FAQS

What LCD does this use? At this time it use the Sharp LQ10D421 an industrial 300 nit color tft display (1200 nit backlight option available).

Can I play movies or use this for video? Yes it is a 18 bit color TFT display.

How do I hook this up? This display comes with a PCI controller to plug in to the PCI bus. Plug it in and then a plug a serial cable to it to feed the RS-232 touch screen. Plug the supplied 25 foot cable into the PCI card's external DB-25 and then plug the other end to the LongVue monitor and then turn on the computer and install the supplied touch drivers.

Can I use this in a car? Yes we used it with our vehicle pc! You just need a PC that runs on 12 volts like our VehiclePC.
